Padded Stick Schlagstock

Padded Stick “Schlagstock.” This is the traditional padded stick that is used in Schutzhund/trials. The word “Schlagstock” is German for the word Baton. The Schlagstock is used in protection dog training.  The dog is taught courage for when someone comes at them with a object.  This stick has a flexible padded core. The extreior is made of man made faux suede. It is not a hard hit on the dog because of the padding. It measures 24″ in length and is 1.5″ wide with a leather suede handle to wrap around your wrist. The leather wrist wrap helps to keep the stick in position while using.  The 1.5″ width makes for a comfortable grab and the faux suede is non-slippery.  Made in the USA.
